Founded by Claudette Allen, Registered Nurse and Navy Veteran, our mission is to bring a higher standard of nursing care directly to your doorstep — eliminating long waits, rushed visits, and the impersonal nature of traditional healthcare systems.

Payment Policy

All new clients must complete a paid consultation prior to scheduling services. The consultation fee is non-refundable. An invoice will be issued 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments without confirmed payment by the deadline will be automatically canceled. North Georgia Medical Solutions accepts major credit/debit cards. Insurance is not accepted. A receipt will be provided to the client once full payment is received and processed. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiture. One reschedule is allowed if requested more than 48 hours in advance; the rescheduled appointment must be completed within 30 days. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations (less than 48 hours), or missed appointments result in forfeiture of payment. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
