Founded by Claudette Allen, Registered Nurse and U.S. Navy Veteran, NGMS was built on a promise to bring hospital-quality nursing care directly to your doorstep. With years of experience across infusion therapy, post-surgical recovery, and community health, Claudette saw how rushed visits and crowded waiting rooms left patients feeling like numbers — not people. That realization inspired her to create a concierge nursing experience that blends professionalism with comfort and trust.

Meet Claudette

Founder | Registered Nurse | U.S. Navy Veteran

I’m Claudette Allen, a proud Memphis native who followed my calling into healthcare after serving in the United States Navy. I completed my nursing program in Memphis, Tennessee in 2016 and have since worked across diverse areas of nursing — including Med-Surg, Orthopedics, Neuro, School Nursing, Substance Abuse & Mental Health, GI, Endoscopy, Post-Op Recovery, and Infusion Therapy. I’ve also held leadership roles and served as a travel nurse from 2020 to 2024, providing care and support on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each experience deepened my belief that great care should be both skilled and sincere.

My journey began long before nursing. In 2000, I joined the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Mayport, Florida aboard the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67). Serving during 9/11 taught me resilience, compassion, and dedication — values that still guide how I care for every client today.

After moving to Georgia in 2021, I saw an opportunity to create something meaningful: a private duty and concierge nursing service that combines medical expertise with genuine human connection. That vision became North Georgia Medical Solutions — where comfort, care, and professionalism meet right at your doorstep. My mission is to make healthcare feel personal, calm, and truly centered around you.

Outside of nursing, I love exploring nature, working out, and spending time with my husband and our blended family of four. I believe healing isn’t just clinical — it’s personal. My goal is to deliver hospital-level care with the empathy and confidence every client deserves.

Payment Policy

All new clients must complete a paid consultation prior to scheduling services. The consultation fee is non-refundable. An invoice will be issued 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments without confirmed payment by the deadline will be automatically canceled. North Georgia Medical Solutions accepts major credit/debit cards. Insurance is not accepted. A receipt will be provided to the client once full payment is received and processed. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiture. One reschedule is allowed if requested more than 48 hours in advance; the rescheduled appointment must be completed within 30 days. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations (less than 48 hours), or missed appointments result in forfeiture of payment. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
