Choose the level of support that matches your needs. Our recovery packages are designed in 4-hour visits, spread over multiple days, so you receive expert RN care while still enjoying the comfort of your own home. Packages begin at $500, with options for 2-day and 3-day recovery support.

Standard Recovery Plan

 

Essential post-op care for a safe and smooth first day home 

 

  • One 4-hour visit on the first day home after surgery

    • Initial in-home nursing assessment 
    • Review of discharge instructions & medication organization
    • Vital signs & wound inspection
    • Pain management support (meds or reminders)
    • Dressing change (if needed)
    • Mobility & bathroom assistance
    • Positioning for comfort/swelling reduction

 

  • Duration: 1 day (4-hour visit)

 

 

 

Enhanced Recovery Plan

 

24-hour recovery support spread across two days

  • Two 4-hour visits across 2 consecutive days (24-hour recovery support)
  • Includes everything in Standard, plus:
    • Drain care & output tracking (JP or surgical drains)
    • Compression garment or binder assistance
    • Light meal preparation & hydration reminders
    • Communication with surgeon or care team as needed
    • Gentle mobility encouragement to reduce risk of clots

  • Duration: 2 days of RN support (4 hours per day)

 

Premium Recovery Plan


36-hour extended recovery support with luxury-level nursing attention
 

  • Three 4-hour visits across 3 consecutive days (36-hour extended recovery support)

  • Includes everything in Enhanced, plus:

    • Overnight preparation for optimal rest

    • Dressing changes as needed

    • Expanded comfort care (frequent positioning changes, heat/ice therapy)

    • Recovery education for patient & family/caregiver

 

  • Duration: 3 days of RN support (4 hours per day)

 

 

 

Optional Add-Ons for Any Tier

  • Pre-Surgery Preparation Plan
  • Transportation to/from surgery center/facility
  • Transportation to/from post-op visit with assistance
  • Peri-op Waiting Service (RN remains on-site during procedure/surgery
  • IV infusion therapy (if ordered by provider)
  • Additional time (2-hour minimum)

  • Travel/concierge fee may apply outside primary service area
  • Packages begin at $500; customized add-ons available
  • Services are for non-emergency care; emergencies require 911 or ER

  • Each package includes in-person RN visits only. Phone support is not included. Questions or concerns outside scheduled visits should be addressed at your next appointment or with your surgeon.
