A private duty nurse is a licensed nurse who provides one-on-one, individualized care to a patient, usually in the patient’s home, but sometimes in hospitals or long-term care facilities. Unlike hospital or facility staff nurses, private duty nurses are hired specifically to care for one person, often through a private arrangement, a concierge service, or a home care agency. With concierge nursing, we take it one step further. This model emphasizes convenience, privacy, and tailored care, often appealing to individuals who want high-touch, white glove, luxury-level health support.
Yes. A consultation is required for all new clients. This ensures your health history, needs, and goals are reviewed before services begin. Consultation fees are non-refundable but are applied to your first service if booked within 60 days.
We accept all major debit/credit cards. Buy Now, Pay Later options are also available via our payment processor (subject to approval).
As a private pay service, we do not accept insurance. However, some long term care plans allow you to submit for reimbursement, so always double check with your insurance provider if you are not sure. We also accept HSA/FSA cards and Buy Now, Pay Later options are available through our payment processor.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations (less than 24 hours), or missed visits result in forfeiture of payment. One reschedule is allowed if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment and must be completed within 30 days.
Services are provided in the comfort of your home, workplace, or another safe, agreed location.
We offer concierge nursing services including post-surgical care, medication management, wellness and senior care visits, and more. A full service menu is available after consultation.

Payment Policy
All new clients must complete a paid consultation prior to scheduling services. The consultation fee is non-refundable. An invoice will be issued 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments without confirmed payment by the deadline will be automatically canceled. North Georgia Medical Solutions accepts major credit/debit cards. Insurance is not accepted. A receipt will be provided to the client once full payment is received and processed. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiture. One reschedule is allowed if requested more than 48 hours in advance; the rescheduled appointment must be completed within 30 days. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations (less than 48 hours), or missed appointments result in forfeiture of payment. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
